School Policies

Oakwood School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  Any successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).

The procedures we follow have been laid down by Surrey County Council and the school has adopted a Child Protection Policy in line with this.  If you would like to know more about our procedures or policy, please download a copy below or come and speak with us.

The school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr J Easlick (Deputy Headteacher).
