Location: Oakwood School (Horley, RH6)
Are you a passionate and experienced HLTA looking to make a real difference to the lives of young people? Oakwood School is seeking a dedicated Provision Lead to manage and deliver outstanding support for students with SEN in our specialist onsite provision.
About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of our provision, coordinate a team of support staff, and develop innovative learning and behaviour interventions tailored to individual needs. Your expertise in working with challenging behaviour, EHCPs, and restorative approaches will be essential as you foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for some of our most vulnerable students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a skilled team in delivering high-quality SEN provision
- Design and implement tailored learning and behaviour support
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Liaise closely with external agencies, parents, and professionals
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
- HLTA status or equivalent
- Experience supporting students with SEN and challenging behaviour
- Strong understanding of EHCPs and restorative practice
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
