Oakwood School works closely with two partner colleges — Reigate College and East Surrey College — to help students explore their post‑16 options with confidence. Throughout their time at Oakwood, students will take part in assemblies, college taster days, and open evenings, giving them regular opportunities to meet staff, discover different courses, and understand the pathways available to them. These experiences build knowledge, independence, and a clear sense of direction as they move towards their next steps after Year 11.

Our partner employers, Stark, London Gatwick and Horley Health Hub, work closely with Oakwood School to create a strong link between education and employment. Each organisation attends our careers events, giving students direct access to industry professionals and real‑world pathways. They also provide valuable work‑experience placements that help students build confidence, skills and a clear understanding of the workplace.
