I would like to offer my warmest congratulations to every one of our students. Examination results represent a significant moment in a young person’s education, and behind every grade is a story of hard work, perseverance and determination. We are incredibly proud of the students who have achieved their goals and of those who have overcome challenges to reach this point. 

I would also like to thank Mr Gladstone, who served as Headteacher, for all his hard work and commitment. His contribution to our students and the school is greatly appreciated, and I wish him every success and happiness for the future. 

While today is rightly a time to celebrate our students, we are also being very honest and focused about what these results tell us. They highlight areas where we need to improve, and the school is now sharply focused on making those necessary improvements. Oakwood School is celebrating the achievements of its students following the publication of this year’s examination results. 

Students, families and staff have much to be proud of, with many students achieving particularly strong results and demonstrating the hard work, resilience and commitment that have characterised their time at Oakwood. 

The school would like to congratulate all students on their achievements and recognise the support provided by families and the dedication of staff who have worked alongside them.
