How to Protect your Family’s Mental Health

Whilst social media is a source of information for our students, at times some of the articles and posts they are reading are inaccurate. This may create additional fear or increase anxiety levels, therefore please encourage your children to take regular breaks away from their phones/devices.

We hope that you find these links useful and at times such as these, we all need to prioritise and look after our mental health.
